Laney & Landon
We had a very busy Sunday this weekend. our first outing of the weekend was to a party and this wasn't just any ole party ... no ma'am this was to Landon's lil girlfriend Laney's party... we had lots of fun. my guys do not know how to skate tho and it was a skate party, Landon fell n hit his head real good he fell quite a bit actually, to the point where he put the skates up said that he was starting ball this next week and couldn't be messin up his arm or nothin.. gotta love the way a 8 yr old thinks.Hunter did great tho he would actually try to make hims self fall, he was so cute a lil girl fell down and he went and got her hand said i can help you ...awe what a gentleman ... we will start practicing skating at home tho so they both get better , Nana went and got em some skates, knee & elbow pads and shinny helmets gotta protect those babies heads she said altho they aren't too keen on those helmets..lol We had a great time , Landon is so very cute with Laney he just dose what she tells him to do they are quite the pair.She told him she wanted a diary for her birthday . well Landon comes home says" we gotta go shoppin i gotta get Laney a diary not that i know why she wants one we gotta write in our stupid journals at school everyday" lol so cute so we go shoppin @ books a million now he is looking and fretting on all these journals saying "no this isn't what she is gonna want she needs a lock n key" i tell him to go look in the kids section he has his lil buggy and is seriously shoppin for his girl... Hunter and i are lookin at a few books and along comes Landon saying "mom i found the perfect present well its alot of em but Laney is gonna love em all " I'm like really how many diary's dose a 8 yr old need but he has his reasons for each..." one has a pen that only works with a special light ,one has a lock and key cuz thats important mom... one is for her and her friends to do together ,one has bracelets for her to make in it, one is for her to do about people and the last one is for her to hang on her door and she really is gonna love them and needs all of these ok mom " so i try to talk him down to 3 of them i mean 6 diary type items but he has his come backs " well you see mom these are on sale and i figure you ll let Hunter get something so then you'll let me get something too right, well we can just get these too and that ll be my something cuz its her birthday and i want her to be really happy!!!" aww now how could i say no to that so we checked out Hunter got 1 Diego learning book and well Laney hit the mother load in the diary area this year for her birthday and my lil boy did good cuz she was happy.After Laney's party we grabbed a bite @ Wendy's then headed to pick up Nana and off to the ......

Circus we went ... we had lots of fun there too the kiddos gotta ride on a big ole stinky elephant but they loved it so ... got lots of good ole circus junk too the Carmel corn & Icees & glow toys... Its for a wonderful cause tho and they all had a blast... but i did not quite understand the country dancers really was a show for the daddy's i was thinkin wow give em a dollar bill or two they were tryin to be too sexy and my kiddos could of done with out seeing that i mean the air show was enough wasn't it ??? maybe it was just me but even Richie made the comment "how was that for the kids " altho he did enjoy that part of the show lol ... finally it all was over and it was time to head home got in the truck and Nana says "oh no where is my phone" ohh no was right we went ahead and too the kids and Richie to the house they were very tired and grouchy they did have a very long day fun filled day and needed to eat and go to bed. So Nana and I head back to the circus a very nice but creepy clown let us back in and sure enough her phone was right there in.... Hunter's seat he took it outta her pocket and she didn't notice... thankfully we found it and we had a lil bit of mother daughter time with out any kids that rarely happens.. drove threw got a diet coke and took her home .now i headed to get Landon's ball things together first day of practice is tomorrow oh boy here we go again gotta love that West Monroe Baseball ...
